The strategy of marketing is the important element in the company. And many researchers discuss about the marketing strategy and set up some new strategy with the time to help the company to make more profits. Moreover, the strategy of product development and sales promotion take majority in the marketing strategy to company or its brand to be more competitive.
In this research, the researcher interviewed the assistant manager of AVON Taiwan to provide some information and her own experiences. The result of this research refers that the strategy of new product development (NPD) and promotion(discount) activities really help AVON to be more competitive in the cosmetics market.
